Shipping Policy
We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within minimum 8 to maximum 10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
As per our policy no cancellation of orders is allowed after placing the orders. However, returns are accepted as per our return policy. Refunds, if applicable, shall be initiated within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the returns of goods as per standard policy. The returns it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Returns
Our policy lasts 2 days from the date of delivery. If more than 2 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is a different product from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
